  • Are life jackets included in our rental?
    Absolutly! Your safety is a big deal to us. We even offer options for dog life jackets to keep your adventure buddy safe. We also make sure the sit in kayaks are supplied with a bilge pump and for the sit on top kayaks we offer paddle floats. None of our safety equipment is a cost to you we just want to ensure everyones safety and fun on the water! **Please note additional safety equipment more than what is needed for the rental paid for will have an extra cost. Additional jacket $5 Additional Paddle $5 Additional Storage Pod $5
  • Where Do We Launch?
    We launch in the Hagerman valley where you will have access to paddle Ritter Island and Blue Heart Springs! Launch instructions will be provided when making your reservation.
  • What's Up With All The Emails?
    One of our core values is caring for the environment we are lucky to utilize and enjoy! In an effort to be more sustainable we are paperless. All waivers and payment invoices will be emailed to not only reduce our waste but to save costs and pass that savings onto you to help keep costs as low as we can. Don't worry, we don't like marketing emails either so we won't send them to you! The only emails we send out will be waiver forms, invoices and reservation details.
  • How many kayaks are available?
    As we grow this number is constantly changing as are the types of options we offer in our kayaks and SUPs. We aim to offer the most affordable and diverse line up of rentals around. If you have a large party or specific type of rental you're seeking, give us a call or email and we'll be happy to help you!
  • Cash Payments?
    This season we are not offering walk ups and all payments have to be made before reservation can be booked. Invoices that can be paid via card will be emailed. *If there is a reason that absolutely isn't a possibility for you please reach out to us and we will see what we can do to accommodate you!
  • What If We Don't Want To Stay Out Till Evening Pick Up At 7:30?
    No worries! We understand sometimes adventures need to be short. If this is the case please let us know when booking your reservation and we will provide you with instructions of how to check you equipment in early.
  • I Rented A Camera...Now What?
    When you check in your camera rental we'll make sure we have your mailing information and will mail a jump drive with all your photos from the day on it! Usually we can get these mailed out in about a week and we will send you a confirmation once we do. No need to return the jump drive.
